Inside the Sony VAIO EA24FM / W 14-inch notebook
Priced at most retailers for a modest sum of 799, the Sony VAIO EA24FM / W laptop offers solid performance and a special keyboard / touchpad to the party. It is a good addition to Sony VAIO line of midrange and offers a robust processor with fixed line ports.
The processor is an impressive 2.27 GHz Intel Core i3 M350. This, with 4 GB of DDR3 1333 MHz RAM makes this incarnation of Sony VAIO something to consider.
On the outside, this camera is a distinctive blend of efficiency and design. Available in blue, pink, black or white. There is a network of silver on the top a bit like a 3D effect and curved lines give the whole package with a sweet elegance. Double hinge allows the upper eyelid to a greater extent than most comparable laptops open, so this is another value-added feature.
Sony VAIO E-Series has long been calling attention to the use of keyboard skins. This model is no different, as a laptop comes to catching a show more interesting combination of colors with these skins. Are available for under $ 20 and give your keyboard, elevated Chiclet keyboard style without a little dash of style.
The touchpad also is remarkable. It is recessed and has a texture of good quality, which means you can navigate with ease.
The screen is also impressive. With a ratio of 16:9, 14-inch glossy LED backlit display offers 1366x768 resolution and looks a lot like Blu-ray. The Blu-ray, of course, is included. Speakers stereo are well placed to provide good sound quality, too, so that another asset.
With a hard disk drive 500 GB and Intel set HM55 chip, the Sony VAI EA24FM / W is an interesting addition to Sony's popular handheld E-series Worth the price and makes a great unit for beginners.
