Dell Inspiron 1100 replacement charger?
Where do I buy a Dell Inspiron 1100 laptop charger? Some people have suggested that buying from Dell is the safest while others warn Dell chargers are overpriced. Please give me your opinion.
I actually agree to both statements, buying from Dell is the safest because it will not void your warranty, but the cost of Dell charger is indeed overpriced. I would not recommend that you neither buy from Dell nor buy from ebay (usually the cheapest) because one is overpriced and the other not safe. I think you should look online on amazon, buy.com or other online stores that is not too expensive but also seems to have good quality chargers.
In particular, I would recommend buying from Topmic.com because they offer lifetime warranty and free shipping to all laptop chargers at a good price. With the warranty, I am sure that they have good quality laptop chargers, so I think it is definitely worth it to buy from them (they are about $30 cheaper than Dell).
