Apart RAM memory everything seems fine. Processor is perfectly fine as long as they were hoping to run Vista. If I were you, then you also need a board which is expandable to 4 GB of RAM b / c you'll need 2 GB just for starters. I can not find where you specify the manufacturer, if it is Dell and the warranty nothing applies, o / w looks good. 2.8 kb seems pretty heavy, but the screen is nice and big so it's probably the reason. If you will use as an office replacement so make sure you have an external mouse and keyboard b / c of the ergonomics of laptops sucks.
