Laptop Internal Hard Drive
Which of these internal laptop hard drives is best?
320GB Free Fall Sensor (7200RPM) Hard Drive
500GB Serial ATA (5400RPM) Hard Drive
250GB (5400RPM) SATA Hard Drive
I know which one is best for storage capacity but I don't understand what the rest of each description means Could you guys please explain and then tell me which one is the best.

rpm is the speed of the hard drive. transfer rate and load time is faster with a 7200 rpm hard drive. Pick either the 320gb or 500. Speed over capacity whichever you prefer.
