Laptop Lightweight Large Screen
dilemma choosing laptop for college! Asus eee 1005ha vs 1101ha?
Is it a bad idea to get a netbook for college? I really like the small size, long battery life & the light weight but I've heard that netbooks are really slow compared to laptops? I've been leaning towards getting a asus eee pc 1101HA that has an 11.6 inch screen(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834220579&Tpk=asus%20eee%20pc%201101) but the shift key looks really small and the design is nice but it looks like it'll get fingerprints easily. I'm mainly looking for a laptop that has a long battery life and is lightweight. I'm also leaning towards the asus eee pc 1005ha but I'd prefer the 1101HA(http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-1005HA-PU1X-BU-10-1-Inch-Blue-Netbook/dp/B002DYIXMS/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&s=pc&qid=1258623306&sr=1-4) b/c of its larger size. But then again I'm not sure if I should buy a netbook at all b/c of what I've heard about its lagging speed so I'm in a dilemma here... help please?
I've been looking into getting an HP DM3
It's nice eee pc's do get fingerprints all over them they are severly wanting in the Horsepower department. And they are very cheaply made while the battery life is increadibly overated.

Now this on the other hand is an increadibly small notebook, Brushed magnesium alloy case, Athalon neo x2 @ 1.6 generally it comes with 4gb ram 320 Hdd, Win 7, Bluetooth, b,g,n wireless, only hang up is it doesn't have an optical drive but neither does a netbook.
Anyway I like it price is steep next to a netbook put next to a compact laptop the price is actually spot on especially seeing the magnesium case and other features it has.
Oh yeah almost forgot this will actually play some decent games not necessarily on high settings but decent enough
