Laptop Screen Repairs Prices
Price estimates on LCD laptop screen repairs?
Okay, I've had this laptop for almost 5 years. I know it's old, but I just got a new harddrive installed and it runs beautifully, so I want to keep it. A month or two ago, the backlight died, or from what I hear could be the LCD converter giving out. Either way, the screen is next to black and I want it repaired. Most places charge just to look at it, so I'm wondering if anyone knows how much replacement of any of these things usually costs. Thanks!
Probably more than it is worth! But how can we tell you a price? We don't know where you live, or what kind of repair places are nearby. Or whether or not you will be shipping it out to be repaired or not. There's just no way to tell you!
