Sony Laptop Fan Loud
My Sony Vaio makes very loud fan noises! Help!?
I purchased a sony vaio cs about 4 months ago. For about 3 weeks now, it has been making very loud fan noises in the top-left corner. It didn't do this before, but it is really starting to bother me. It will stay quiet sometimes, but then the fan will go off for sometimes short periods and long periods. Does anyone know what is going on with my laptop? Please help. Thanks!
Try using a can of compressed air to blow the dust out of the vents on the side and the back of the laptop.
From there, make sure you are not blocking said vents with your pants or blankets or other such things.
